Senior Enterprise Architect (Data and AI Principal Architect) (m/f/d)

What you will do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all Data & AI engagement to client concerns and needs
  • Manage $10M+ large strategic accounts on growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic solutions and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly


What we are looking for:

  • Proven specialization and expertise in Data & AI
  • Extensive experience in designing and architecting Data marts, Data Warehouse, Data Lake
  • Familiarity with current trends in AI & ML and ability to lead discussions on AI & ML use cases
  • Good understanding of AI platforms provisioned by Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex, or Amazon
  • Technical know-how of Cloud Technology, Cloud Data Warehouse / Data Lake platform
  • Expertise in Data Governance practices, including Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Catalog, and Metadata management strategy
  • Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience crafting Statements of Work, Proposals, Master Services Agreements, Service Level Objectives, etc.
  • Managed revenue of assigned client(s), including managing profit and loss of the assigned account
  • Engaged global practice and solution team that wins high-value contracts
