Application Engineer required for a dynamic organisation focused on delivering cutting edge solutions for automotive electrification technologies.

Their Applications Engineering team plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing unparalleled technical support and driving innovation in product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- a team of application engineers and resident engineers, fostering a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and exceptional customer focus.
- and leverage knowledge of applications to develop innovative product solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and the company’s product value proposition.
- as a technical expert in regular customer meetings, emphasizing specification alignment and providing technical problem-solving support.
- business and technical information between customers and internal stakeholders, facilitating strategic technical assessments of new business opportunities.
- in design review sessions, conduct drawing and specification reviews with customers, and ensure projects meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Experience/Qualifications:
- degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- technical skills, preferably in automotive relating to high-voltage components (electric motors, batteries, inverters, on-board chargers, electric heaters, electric compressors, DC/DC converters) or sensing solutions.
- System Architecture / System Requirements understanding.
- communication and influencing skills, with a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive market positions.
- to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and demands effectively.
