Clinical Application Specialist (F/M)
DACH Region
Reporting directly to the DACH General Manager, you will focus on the following activities :
Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Conduct end-user training (on-site and remote) on our products.
- Support the global training team in addressing user inquiries.
- Develop and update training materials and product documentation.
- Collaborate with sales, medical, and marketing teams to organize continuous education events and gather customer feedback.
- Participate in regional congresses and events.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the medical device sector.
- Experience in implementing and supporting clinical applications in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and processes.
- Ability to provide effective training and support to end-users.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Team spirit and customer oriented.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Open to travel over DACH region with 80% of the time in Germany
