IHRE AUFGABEN


  • Inhaltliche und operative Mitgestaltung der internationalen, strategischen Markt- und Branchenpositionierung
  • Repräsentative Vertretung der Marke im internationalen Markt (Markenbotschafter)
  • Ausbau eines Produktbereiches, sowie Markteinführung neuer Produkte, inklusive Preis- und Distributionspolitik, auf Basis zukünftiger Marktanforderungen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Branchen- und Marktstrategie
  • Initiierung von kundenorientierten Innovationsprozessen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Usability-Tests in Zusammenarbeit mit der F&E und Vorbereitung der Produkteinführung
  • Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Verstärkung der internationalen Marktbearbeitung
  • Kundenakquisition und -betreuung sowie Identifikation von Kundenpotenzialen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außen- und Innendienst, der Entwicklung und dem Innovationsmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen
  • Koordination von Service- und Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über die Markt- und Kundensituation an die Geschäftsführung
  • Durchführung von Workshops sowie Produkt- und Verkaufsschulungen für Kunden, Mitarbeiter/-innen und Lieferanten/Dienstleister


IHR PROFIL


  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes medizinisches/technisches/wirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb/Produktmanagement sowie fundiertes fachliches Know-how aus der Labor-, Krankenhaus-, Healthcare- oder Pharmabranche
  • Erfolgreicher Auf-/Ausbau eines vertrieblichen Verantwortungsbereiches mit internationaler Ausrichtung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Produkt- und/oder Vertriebsstrategie im internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Entscheidern und Buying Centern
  • Umfassendes Erfahrungswissen über die Beschaffungsprozesse von Konzernen sowie Zulieferunternehmen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Proaktiver Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, Menschen zu begeistern
  • Strukturierte, analytische und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise; Reisebereitschaft
