Phlair unleashes CO2's potential throughbreakthrough innovation. We rapidly deploy Direct Air Capturetechnology, facilitating the removal and reuse of CO2 atscale.

For decades, fossil fuels served as thebackbone and feedstock of our economy – with the downside ofpolluting our atmosphere. We invert this equation by developing acost-efficient and scalable electrochemical DirectAir Capture (DAC) technology. We have cracked thenut here by developing a breakthrough hydrolizer for acid/baseregeneration, allowing us to capture CO2 from ambient air foreither permanent storage or as a precursor for CO2-negativechemicals. For this, we collaborate with leading customers likeFrontier Climate, Stripe, Shopify, andKlarna.

What you’llneed

Hard skills that arenecessary

  • You have aBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process,Mechanical, Industrial or related field), with a strong affinityfor business management.
  • You have a trackrecord in delivering large (renewable) infrastructure projectsend-to-end, preferably with highresponsibilities.
  • You have a proven trackrecord of managing multimillion-dollar capital projects, includingcontract negotiation andexecution.

Softskills that arenecessary

  • You have aresults-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering projects ontime.
  • You have high energy and persistence infollowing up with team members andcontractors.
  • You are able to clearly articulateproject objectives, expectations, and updates and negotiate withstakeholders.

We are the first EU andGerman DAC company to be selected by Frontier Climate. Your mission atPhlair

We are seeking a dynamic andresults-driven Head of Projects to lead the execution of ProjectDawn, our flagship initiative to build large-scale Direct AirCapture (DAC) facilities. If you spike whilst delivering projectson time and within budget all whilst chasing deadlines andincreasing team productivity, you’re great for this role and you’llenjoy the journey ahead

  • Ensureproject delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintainingthe highest standards of safety andquality.
  • Oversee contract management, leadmultidisciplinary teams, and drive the realization of our ambitiouscommercial DAC project.
  • Manage regulatorybodies and navigate permittingprocesses.
  • Analyze project KPIs and optimizeprocesses based on metrics.

Yourtargets are an important roadmap, but nothing is set in stone inthe startup world.
