Business Development Manager - International Sales (m/w/d)
Die HTV Group im südhessischen Bensheim ist seit über 30 Jahren ein weltweit führender Serviceanbieter rund um elektronische Komponenten. Nationale und internationale Kunden aus allen Industriebereichen wie Automotive, Medizintechnik und Raumfahrt vertrauen auf die Kompetenz der HTV Group.
Als Spezialist für elektrische Tests, Programmierung, Langzeitkonservierung und -lagerung, Analytik, sowie die Bearbeitung elektronischer Bauteile und Baugruppen, bietet HTV optimale Lösungen für individuelle Kundenanforderungen.
Im Jahr 2023 wurden wir Teil der TÜV NORD GROUP und des spanischen Unternehmens ALTER TECHNOLOGY und haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, unser Portfolio weiter auszubauen. Deine Aufgaben:
- Vertrieb hochqualitativer Elektronik-Dienstleistungen
- Betreuung bestehender Kunden
- Neukundenakquise mit Schwerpunkt im europäischen Ausland
- Präsentation/Vorstellung der Dienstleistungen bei unseren Kunden
- Teilnahme und Repräsentation bei Messen und Kongressen
- Planung und Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder
Dein Profil:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb/Außendienst
- Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sichere Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache (weitere Sprachen wünschenswert)
- Erfahrung mit technischen Dienstleistungen (wünschenswert)
- Reisebereitschaft
- Belastbarkeit und gute Selbstorganisation
- Ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation und Proaktivität
- Gespür für Trends und aktuelle Entwicklungen der Branche
