About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our customers' growing consulting practice in Germany. In this role, you will advise and guide clients through the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned HR technology solutions.This is a fully remote role within Germany, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.Key ResponsibilitiesConsulting & Advisory:Advise clients on best-practice HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors EC capabilities.Conduct workshops to gather requirements, translate them into functional system designs, and present solution options.Provide strategic guidance on HR transformation topics, digital HR roadmaps, and system architecture.Implementation & Configuration:Configure and implement Employee Central modules, including foundations, workflows, business rules, data models, and integrations.Support full project life cycles from discovery to go-live and hypercare.Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations, data migration, and system testing.Client Engagement & Delivery:Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and optimisation recommendations.Prepare documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.Internal Contribution:Support presales activities such as scoping, estimations, and demo preparation.Mentor junior consultants (for senior consultants).Contribute to internal knowledge development and best-practice frameworks.Required Qualifications:Professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in consulting or in-house roles.Strong understanding of HR processes (Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Data Management, Workflows).Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise, challenge, and guide clients.Fluent in professional German and English (written and spoken).Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first consulting environment.Preferred Qualifications:SuccessFactors certification(s) (EC or additional modules).Experience in at least one of the following: EC Time Off, EC Time Sheet, Position ManagementPrior experience in a consulting firm or client-facing delivery role Experience with HR transformation or HR process optimisation projects.What our customer can offer:Professional Growth & DevelopmentSteep learning curve: Work with a wide range of clients, industries, and system landscapes.Certification opportunities: Sponsored training and certifications in SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS technologies.Broad industry exposure: Projects across finance, healthcare, tech, retail, pharma, and more, gain insight into diverse HR operating models.Clear career progression: Structured consulting pathways (Analyst → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Manager → Principal).Work Environment & Benefits100% remote position within Germany with flexible working arrangements.Collaborative team culture with experienced consultants and supportive leadership.Access to cutting-edge HR technology projects and innovative HR transformation initiatives.Competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.Who We’re Looking For:If you are passionate about HR technology, consulting, and helping clients succeed in their digital HR transformation journey, this role is an excellent fit.
