Wie Du uns unterstützen könntest:
- Du betreust von Anfang an 5-10 spannende Kunden, baust starke Beziehungen auf und unterstützt sie dabei, erfolgreich zu wachsen – mit dem Ziel, sie langfristig für Empion zu begeistern.
- Du koordinierst aktiv Stellenbeschreibungen, führst Screening-Calls durch und verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden bis ins Detail.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Teams – du nimmst Anfragen entgegen, verteilst Feedback und hältst den Fortschritt immer im Blick, damit alle auf dem richtigen Kurs sind.
Was du mitbringst:
- Mindestens 2 Jahre B2B-Erfahrung, idealerweise im Sales/Account Management – Recruiting-Know-how? Ein Bonus, aber kein Muss
- Sprache: Fließend Deutsch (Muttersprache) und Englisch für den internen Austausch.
- Nice to have: Startup-Erfahrung – du fühlst dich wohl in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
