Sales Manager - Residential BESS and Inverters - Frankfurt


Recently JD Ross have started to exclusively partner a brand-new business for the German residential market across PV systems, inverters and BESS units, with exciting plans to continue expanding this portfolio in the coming months.


As a Sales Manager in this company, you will be responsible for establishing key business relationships with installers, distributors and wholesalers.


With a full product range available to you, and an extensive R&D team spanning across 2 continents, you will be a crucial member to the growth of this company.


The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Monitoring and tracking the entire sales process.
  • Generating and establishing relationships with customers across wholesalers, installers and distributors.
  • Coordinate with product and R&D teams to continuously provide feedback on each product.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive pricing systems, including recommended retail pricing for customers.
  • Monitor market conditions, to ensure the portfolio is correctly positioned at every moment, whilst also aligning with the overall strategy for new potential opportunities.
  • Presenting sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
  • Hosting regular workshops for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at trade events and exhibitions.


Given the responsibilities for this position, and how crucial this role will play in the continued growth of this company, the following requirements must be met.

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the residential renewable energy market.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
  • Technical knowledge of PV systems, inverters and BESS systems.
  • Solid network of distributors, installers and wholesalers across the DACH region.
