In dieser Funktion sind Sie maßgeblich am Erfolg der Medical-Unit beteiligt und unterstützen sowohl die Head of Medical Affairs als auch das Medical Team im Innendienst.

  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Medical Team zusammen und unterstützen bei der Entwicklung des Business Plans für die Unit in Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig und stellen sicher, dass Materialien und Präsentationen pünktlich zur Verfügung stehen, u.a. für Reports, Projekte, Budgetplanung etc.
  • Sie managen die operativen Aktivitäten für das Medical Team und unterstützen u.a. bei Advisory Boards, Briefings mit HCPs, Vendor Relationships und Publikationen
  • Sie arbeiten auch eng mit crossfunktionalen Teams zusammen, u.a. Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance u.A.
  • Sie stehen in Austausch mit internen wie auch externen Stakeholdern und stellen einen guten Informationsfluss sicher


Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben Ihr naturwissenschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit PhD
  • Sie haben nachweislich mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der (Bio)Pharmaindustrie im Bereich Medical Affairs
  • Sie haben sehr gute Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Sie sind firm hinsichtlich der regulatorischen Bestimmungen innerhalb der Pharmabranche (z.B. im Hinblick auf "Code of Practice" oder "Drug Advertisement")
  • Sie kombinieren Ihr fachliches, mit Ihrem Organisationstalent und machen sich dafür IT-Lösungen und -Tools zunutze
  • Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
