Deine Rolle bei uns:

Als Executive Office Manager (m/w/d) bist du nicht nur das organisatorische Rückgrat unseres Teams in Düsseldorf, sondern auch die treibende Kraft hinter der täglichen Effizienz und Produktivität unseres Büros. In dieser hands-on Position arbeitest du eng mit der Geschäftsführung und allen Teammitgliedern zusammen, um Office-Management-Prozesse von Grund auf aufzubauen und zu optimieren. Du bist das Herzstück unseres Büros, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine positive Arbeitsumgebung.


Deine Aufgaben:

  • Proaktiver Aufbau und tägliche Optimierung effizienter Büromanagement-Strategien.
  • Selbstständige Übernahme von Office-Management-Aufgaben, inklusive Organisation und Verwaltung der Büroinfrastruktur.
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen.
  • Planung und Koordination von internen sowie externen Meetings, Veranstaltungen und Projekten.
  • Förderung einer positiven und dynamischen Arbeitskultur als herzliches und offenes Teammitglied.


DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:


  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Büromanagement oder Betriebswirtschaft.
  • Erfahrung in einer hands-on Office-Management-Rolle, idealerweise in einem technologieorientierten Unternehmen.
  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise.
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine positive, offene Persönlichkeit.
  • Technologieaffinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und anderen modernen Bürotools.
