Sales Representative / Sales Manager (m/w/d) - Hamburg


Deine Aufgaben

  • Übernehme die Verantwortung und stelle durch Deine Beharrlichkeit und Begeisterung sicher, dass Du die beste Auswahl für den Kunden bekommst
  • Verstehe die Herausforderungen der Partner und unterstütze sie während des gesamten Verkaufszyklus
  • Arbeite gemeinsam mit dem Team an strategischen Projekten, um den Verkaufszyklus zu optimieren, neue Bereiche zu erschließen und die Erfahrung der Partner zu verbessern
  • Du führst Verhandlungen mit Top-Partnern innerhalb der Branche, um sie exklusiv unter Vertrag zu nehmen und gleichzeitig einen guten Return on Investment für beide Seiten sicherzustellen I
  • Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Aufbau und Pflege einer starken Pipeline von Interessenten
  • Du behältst Deine Ziele im Blick und schließt die Partnerschaften direkt im Feld oder telefonisch erfolgreich ab



Dein Profil

  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung im proaktiven Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und selbstständiges Arbeiten bringst Du mit
  • Dein Arbeitsweise ist proaktiv und zielorientiert
  • Du bist enthusiastisch und leidenschaftlich, wenn es um Sales und die Begeisterung von neuen Partnern geht
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche Kommunikation sowohl persönlich als auch am Telefon
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (andere Sprachen sind ein Plus) sind Voraussetzung
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer der positiven Geist und Energie mitbringt und zu einer tollen Kultur beiträgt
  • Auch Quereinsteigern und Absolventen wird hier eine Chance gegeben
  • Reisebereitschaft - 30 % von Vorteil
