Unsere Arbeitsumgebung ist geprägt von einer freundlichen, familiären Atmosphäre und einer vertrauensvollen Teamarbeit. Gemeinsam streben wir danach, eine E2E Prozess Governance bei Hoffmann zu verankern und die Prozesse bei Hoffmann Stück für Stück zu optimieren.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Abteilung „Business Excellence“ bei ihrer Mission, Hoffmann weltweit zu Process Excellence zu befähigen
  • Aufnahme und Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen mit Fokus auf End-to-End-Optimierung
  • Erarbeitung von bereichsübergreifenden Ist- und Soll-Prozessen im Rahmen von strategischen Projekten bei Hoffmann
  • Design und Visualisierung optimierter Prozesse
  • Moderation bereichsübergreifender Workshops
  • Ausarbeitung von Konzepten und Erstellung von Präsentationen, u.a. für obere die Managementebenen
Ihre Kompetenzen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit signifikanter Prozessmanagementerfahrung
  • Erfahrungen in der Prozessmodellierung / -analyse und idealerweise Kenntnisse im BPMN-Standard
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in Prozesse aller Fachbereiche
  • Erfahrung mit Lean Management Methoden und IT-Affinität von Vorteil
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
