Role Overview: This role involves overseeing financial management tasks, including planning, reporting, and analysis of non-P&L items (e.g., Cash Flow, FTEs)


Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Oversight:

  • Develop a comprehensive Cashflow Reporting system to enhance transparency in monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Analyze and report on main Non-P&L items (e.g., Net Working Capital, Capex) from a holistic standpoint, identifying trends and explaining budget/forecast discrepancies.
  • Serve as a liaison for regions, countries, production plants, and corporate departments to gather and consolidate cash flow data.


Reporting Duties:

  • Establish a global FTE Reporting structure by country and function.
  • Proactively conduct plan-actual analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies.
  • Challenge the planning of open positions and align on personnel costs, staffing, and phasing.


Special Projects:

  • Assist in developing a standardized reporting framework (P&L, B/S, FTE, etc.).
  • Conduct impairment testing and facilitate EU taxonomy/ESG reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of core financial processes, such as assisting in the introduction of a new planning and reporting tool.


Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a multinational matrix organization focusing on Controlling and Finance activities.
  • Experience in FP&A and/or Cash Flow Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate complex datasets into comprehensive statements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with experience in common SAP modules (Business Warehouse, Analysis for Office).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within an international team.
