Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead and manage a remote sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the German market.
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to enhance market presence.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee sales operations, including logistics, ordering, and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Accurately forecast sales at the SKU level, ensuring product availability and inventory management.
What You Bring:
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years in a sales management or commercial role, preferably within the home appliances or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of leading remote sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the German market and regional sales strategies.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in English and German (spoken and written).
