The core team within thecorporate headquarters is lean, professional, and growing, providing you the opportunity work alongside the leadership and help deliver impactful support to drive further growth within the HR and Legal functions.The RoleAs part of the team, you will support a wide range of legal and HR-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting contract preparation and negotiation processesDrafting and reviewing legal documentsManaging databases and document management systems (Personio)Preparing resolutions and formal legal documentationHandling selected administrative HR tasksWorking closely with internal stakeholders, occasionally across international locationsAd hoc project workEvent and Office Management oversightYour ProfileA qualification in a legal or HR-related field or a Bachelor’s degree in Law or HR.Several years of experience in legal or HR environmentA solid understanding of employment and contract lawStrong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPointFluency in German and English are must-have criterianA proactive, reliable and structured working styleStrong communication skills and a high level of integrityWhat’s on OfferStructured onboarding and integration into a small but cohesive teamHigh level of autonomy and responsibilityExposure to a wide range of topics across various portfolio companiesInvolvement in strategically relevant projectsRegular feedback and personal development supportFlexible working hours and hybrid working optionsMobility budget and a modern working environment
