  • Wir suchen talentierte Mitarbeiter mit starken zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten, Selbstmanagement und einer zielorientierten Arbeitsweise. Sie berichten direkt an den deutschen Country Manager und sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung des Verkaufs in Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich durch einen beratenden Ansatz und gleichzeitig für die anwendungstechnische Unterstützung des restlichen Verkaufsteams, der Händler oder der Endverbraucher durch Cook & Chill.

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und weitere Erschließung des bestehenden Kundenportfolios durch konsequentes Besuchsmanagement
  • Optimierung der Gebietsabdeckung durch den Aufbau eines dichten Händlernetzes
  • Bundesweite Cook & Chill-Vorführungen für Händler oder Endverbraucher
  • Schulung von Händlern in den Bereichen Kältetechnik, horizontales Garen, Backöfen und Geschirrspülern
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Country Manager Deutschland Entwicklung von Aktivitäten mit dem Ziel eines konstanten Wachstums
  • Analyse und Aufbau neuer Vertriebskanäle
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte über die Aktivitäten und Leistungen des Gebiets im firmen-eigenen CRM-System
