Working closely with senior Implementation Managers, you’ll contribute to translating business goals into technical execution, assisting with data preparation, system configuration, and integration activities across real-world AI deployments.This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional eager to build both technical and consultative experience within the AI sector. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to client delivery, enterprise software integration, and prompt engineering, while developing a strong understanding of how AI solutions create commercial value.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Support senior managers during client workshops, helping to capture requirements and demonstrate solution capabilities.Implementation Support: Assist with the configuration and deployment of AI solutions in enterprise environments.Value Realisation: Help identify areas where AI functionality can deliver measurable efficiency or performance improvements.Data Preparation: Contribute to data collection, cleansing, and validation processes for model training and automation workflows.Prompt Engineering: Optimise and test AI prompts to improve accuracy and performance.Integration Assistance: Support the setup and testing of REST API connections between client systems and the platform.Testing & Validation: Participate in structured system testing to ensure stability, functionality, and quality prior to go-live.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with technical teams and client stakeholders to support project milestones.Documentation: Create and maintain clear, structured project documentation, including workflows, configurations, and integration details.Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on implementation processes, client needs, and recurring technical challenges to inform product enhancements.Your ProfileStrong interest in AI solution delivery, enterprise software, and client consulting.Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations (e.g. CRM, ticketing, or knowledge management systems).Initial programming exposure, ideally with Python or SQL.Solid understanding of data preparation, transformation, and validation techniques.Awareness of AI and ML concepts, and curiosity about large language models (LLMs) and prompt design.Analytical, structured thinker with attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.Clear communicator - able to explain technical information confidently and simply.Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced colleagues.Languages: Excellent English (spoken and written); minimum B2-level German required.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger, or API testing utilities.Understanding of OAuth or SSO authentication methods.Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience working on SaaS or AI-related projects, whether professional, academic, or internship-based.What You’ll GainMentorship from senior AI Implementation Managers and Solution Experts.Hands-on experience in enterprise AI deployments and client delivery.Exposure to both the technical and commercial sides of AI solution design.Opportunities to develop consulting, stakeholder, and technical implementation skills.A collaborative, transparent, and flexible working culture with room for growth.Your Development PathYou’ll begin by supporting clearly defined workstreams - such as configuration, data handling, or integration - before progressing to independently managing client-facing projects.
