MISSION


JNG is starting up a NewCo (Jiangnan Environmental Technology GmbH) in Europe to launch and establish JNG's decarbonization technology outside China and North America. There are ambitious expansion plans to scale up business within the target sectors energy, cement, refining, chemical and metallurgical industries.


Major goal is to leverage the market potential in Europe:

l  "Strong growth potential in European market

l  Ideally placed to develop the green industrial value chain

l  Adding value to the circular economy of decarbonization business

l  Contribution to the early achievement of global neutrality target


The vision is to position JNG in Europe as a global leader providing integrated solutions for energy transition, pollution reduction, carbon capture & utilization (CCUF) and efficient Ammonia-based Desulfurization.


Position Title: [General Manager of Design Center / Deputy General Manager of Design Center ]

Location: [ Frankfurt region/Bad Soden, Germany ]


Job Description:

·       Organize and implement design tasks, allocate resources rationally. Responsibilities include: ensuring design progress and quality, controlling costs within the budget; preliminary design, design liaison meetings; construction drawing design; technical clarification, technical support during construction, compiling design liaison sheets and change liaison sheets; technical support for equipment procurement; and as-built drawings.

·       Provide technical support for marketing activities. Responsibilities include: preparing bidding documents; providing technical support during the bidding process; and other technical support required for marketing.

·       Provide technical support for after-sales service. Responsibilities include: collaborating with engineering companies and operations departments to complete plant optimization and defect elimination.

·       Responsible for technical summaries and design optimization of various disciplines. Responsibilities include: organizing technical summaries, improving design specifications; continuously optimizing designs to promote the maturity and upgrading of company technology.

·       Organize the archiving and confidentiality of design documents. Responsibilities include: timely archiving design documents in the archive room according to company requirements; implementing relevant company policies on technical confidentiality and enhancing employees' awareness of confidentiality.


Candidate Profile:

·       Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education, majoring in chemical engineering or related fields, with a senior engineer title or above (preference will be given to candidates with registered professional qualifications under the same conditions).

·       Over 10 years of design experience in the power, petrochemical, or environmental protection industries, including at least three years of relevant work experience in a power, petrochemical, or environmental protection company.

·       Proficient in design-related regulations and norms, with a strong grasp of the development direction of related technologies.
