COMPANY INTRODUCTION
JNG is a global leader in providing integrated solutions for renewable energy consumption, energy saving, pollution control, and carbon capture & utilization (CCU) for power, refining. petrochemical, chemical and metallurgical industries.
JNG is committed to the integrated green industrial value chain of desulfurization and decarbonization, so that environmental protection business can create value and profit, coal can be made cleaner (with lower carbon emission) and more economical than natural gas, and carbon dioxide can be converted into food. The mission is to achieve green, low-carbon and circular development, and to contribute to energy security and food security.
MISSION
JNG is starting up a NewCo (Jiangnan Environmental Technology GmbH) in Europe to launch and establish JNG's decarbonization technology outside China and North America. There are ambitious expansion plans to scale up business within the target sectors energy, cement, refining, chemical and metallurgical industries.
Major goal is to leverage the market potential in Europe:
l "Strong growth potential in European market
l Ideally placed to develop the green industrial value chain
l Adding value to the circular economy of decarbonization business
l Contribution to the early achievement of global neutrality target
The vision is to position JNG in Europe as a global leader providing integrated solutions for energy transition, pollution reduction, carbon capture & utilization (CCUF) and efficient Ammonia-based Desulfurization.
Position Title: [ General Manager of R&D Center ]
Location: [ Frankfurt region/Bad Soden, Germany ]
Job Description :
· Be in charge of the development and optimization of process technologies related to ammonia desulfurization, decarbonization, and upstream and downstream extension industries for projects in the European market.
· Provide technical exchanges and marketing technical support in the areas of desulfurization and chemical industry.
· Organize the preparation and optimization of project technical proposals, bidding documents, and process packages.
· Organize the preparation of intellectual property and project application technical materials, and provide technical support for intellectual property protection.
· Be responsible for the administrative management of the R&D center department and the development of talent pipelines.
Candidate Profile :
· Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education, majoring in chemical engineering or related fields, with a senior engineer title or above.
· Over 10 years of experience in the power, petrochemical, or environmental protection industries, including at least three years of relevant work experience in a power, petrochemical, or environmental protection company.
· Proficient in the procedures and standards of the chemical and environmental protection industry, with a strong grasp of the development direction of related technologies.
· Possess excellent professional ethics, team spirit, communication and coordination skills, leadership abilities, and organizational capabilities.
· Work rigorously and professionally, with the ability to continuously innovate.
