Technology Center Germany is looking for an Internship student that will support us in building up an Internal communication and Information platform.
During the Internship, you have a chance to bring upfront your creative thinking and IT design skills to develop a Share Point portal that will support the work of teams in Technology Center. Multifunction site that will store information on current activities, team engagement, general news, organization structure, interfaces to various processes and others.

**Your role and responsibilities will be structured around**:
- Collection of all relevant data and information to be presented in the portal-
- Familiarization with Technology Center practices and processes to understand the need of information and communication-
- Proposal of portal architecture based on Microsoft tools like: Share Point, Lists, Power BI, Forms, Power Automate and Power Apps-
- Development of structure for information storage and access rights-
- Creation of a complete portal in user friendly and visually appealing mode-
- Connection to branding team to assure coherence with Hitachi Energy general brand guidelines-
- Proposals of communication channels and automated process flows are highly welcomed**Requirements**:
- Studies in Business Communications, Compuer Science, Advertising or related fields-
- Experience in administration and content creation in Microsoft Share Point-
- Report creation and programing in Power Bi or Power Automate will be an advantage-
- Experience in Business communications is an advantage Very good knowlede of English language and ability to formulate news letters and independently propose descriptions and content within communications portal-
- Positive attitiude and ability to work independently**Basic Info**
