Job Title: Sales Manager – Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

Location: Germany /hybrid.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in driving the sales of electric vehicle charging stations within the German market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the electric vehicle charging industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the electric vehicle charging station sector.

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and key accounts, to expand market presence.

·        Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers in potential client organizations.

·        Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.

·        Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategy adjustments.

·        Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting, Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

 

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

·        Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, direct /channel sales experience, preferably within the electric vehicle charging industry or related technology sector.

·        In-depth understanding of the electric vehicle charging market landscape, including knowledge of charging infrastructure and industry trends. Familiarity with industry regulations, trends, and key players in Germany is a plus.

·        Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, Additional languages are advantageous.

·        Ability to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally as needed.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

·        Experience in managing a sales team is a plus.
