GROUND OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly capable Ground Operations Supervisor (m/f/d) in full time at the Munich international Airport to join our team and ensure the smooth daily operations of our aircraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient irregularity management, maintaining safe and secure aircraft operations, and overseeing daily passenger, operations, and ramp activities. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential for fostering positive connections with internal and external stakeholders.


**Responsibilities**

1. Ensure a smooth daily aircraft operations process.

2. Efficiently manage irregularities as they arise.

3. Maintain safe and secure aircraft operations at all times.

4. Review, prepare, and report on daily passenger, operations, and ramp activities.

5. Maintain effective communication and relations with all internal and external parties.


**Requirements**

1. Proficiency in written and verbal English and German (Turkish language proficiency is advantageous).

2. Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in aviation or airline business.

3. Completion of commercial vocational training.

4. Full familiarity with ramp and aircraft operational procedures, regulations, and supplementary publications OR full familiarity with passenger service procedures, regulations, and supplementary publications.


**Preferred Qualities**

- Previous experience in handling company or airline operations.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to manage stress and problem-solve effectively.

- Excellent time management abilities.

- Commitment to safety, security, and quality orientation.
