Training Administrator

Our client is a major provider of high end automobiles located in Frankfurt, Germany. They are looking for a full time Training Administrator to support the coordination of their European Learning Center. Your duties will include but not limited to the following:


  • Communicating with the team via email and virtual platforms including TEAMS
  • Maintenance of internal reports
  • Maintenance of systems and databases
  • Becoming the European Excellence Champion supporting the management of their Excellence system(Excellence is their current LMS)
  • Assist European Learning Hub Technical and Client Experience Training Managers in the implementations of client experience, technical, EV, and product and body repair training needs
  • Collect metrics and compile reports with accuracy from their LMS and other internal databases
  • Administer purchase orders and liaison with other agencies in the creation and supplying of purchase orders within budget
  • Provide admin support in event coordination and organization for all training groups in regional organized events
  • Provide ad hoc support to the European Network team as needed for various requirements


This position will be a hybrid role and offices are located in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be in office 2-3 days per week working remotely during the rest of the week. Highly likely you will be in office more days for onboarding until proficiency is met.


You will be expected to champion the LMS, create reports to monitor KPI's, and open to a two part interview with the first being virtual, and the second being onsite at their offices in Frankfurt.


This position pays 60,000 Euros per year.
