Aufgaben
  • Als Abteilungsleiter:in bist du für den Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und personelle sowie fachliche Leitung unserer Abteilung Finanzierung nach den Anforderungen der Führungspersona verantwortlich. Du etablierst eine positive Arbeitsumgebung und -kultur, die der Erreichung von Arbeitsergebnissen und Mitarbeitendenmotivation gleichsam Rechnung trägt.
  • Mit deinem Team verantwortest du die Sicherstellung der jederzeitigen Zahlungsfähigkeit unseres Konzerns. Dabei stellst du einen geeigneten Handlungsrahmen und steuerst alle Arbeitsabläufe unter Berücksichtigung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben, Unternehmensregelungen und – zielen, verfügbaren Ressourcen und digitalen Entwicklungen.
  • Du verantwortest den Aufbau einer langfristigen Unternehmensfinanzierung entlang der Investitionsplanung sowie der Risikosteuerung und -Überwachung aller Finanzgeschäfte.
  • Du konzipierst und koordinierst alle Finanzierungsmaßnahmen im Konzern.
  • Du treibst die Organisation der Finanzkommunikation mit den entsprechenden Stakeholdern, insbesondere der Investor Relations voran.

Anforderungen
  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Master-Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einer bankfachlichen Ausbildung mit.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Excel und möglichst in einem ERP- und Finanzmanagementsystem sowie eine ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsqualitäten, welche die Fähigkeit beinhaltet, Teams zu motivieren, zu führen und eine klare Vision für das Thema Finanzierung zu vermitteln.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzwirtschaft oder dem Finanzbereich eines Unternehmens sowie ein umfassendes Fachwissen zu den wesentlichen Abläufen einer Finanzabteilung (Finanzierungsplanung, Liquiditäts- und Kennzahlenanalyse, Unternehmensfinanzierung, Zahlungsverkehr, Cash Management, Risikosteuerung & Finanzkommunikation) mit.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Kapitalmarktes konntest du dir ebenso aneignen wie Erfahrungen in M & A-Aktivitäten und in der Ausgabe unterschiedlicher Finanzinstrumente.
  • Du hast Erfahrungen in der Digitalisierung von Prozessen sowie mit grünen Finanzierungen („Green Finance“).
  • Selbständiges, konzeptionelles und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie fachliche Kreativität und Verhandlungsgeschick zeichnen dich aus, dabei sprichst bist du auch verhandlungssicher in der englischen Sprache unterwegs.
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an analytischen Verständnis und eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen zur Führung eines Teams und zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit.
  • Kollegialität, Einfühlungsvermögen und eine sehr hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sind deine DNA.
