As our newHead of Product (all genders) you willlead initiatives from conception to execution concerning ourproduct strategy and roadmap. You will be part of an amazingjourney, building an exciting product that fosters collaboration inlogistics. This includes leading a team of product managers anddesigners.

You will report directly to ourCo-founder and CPTO, Tobi. Your TalentAcquisition partner for this role is Mirela.

Tasks
  • TeamLeadership: Manage a team of 4-5 direct reports,including product managers, designers, and product operations,providing mentorship, guidance, and performancefeedback.
  • ProductRoadmap: Collaborate closely with the CPTO totranslate the company’s strategy into a clear, actionable roadmapthat aligns with both short-term objectives and long-termvision.
  • Product Discovery &Research: Utilize your rich product discoverytoolbox to lead early-stage product initiatives, by conducting userresearch and leveraging insights to create well-informed productdecisions.
  • UX & DesignFocus: Communicate concepts visually and ensure astrong commitment to delivering high-qualityUX.
  • Communication &Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate clearly,circle back on topics, and proactively reach out to stakeholders toensure alignment and foster collaboration acrossdepartments.
  • Project &Performance Management: Bring structure to projects,monitor performance, and uphold a feedback-drivenculture.
  • CommercialUnderstanding: Leverage your deep understanding ofB2B dynamics to support the business and connect easily withcustomers.
  • Hands-on & ResultOriented: Stay hands-on with day-to-day operations,focusing on driving results and hittingtargets.
Requirements
  • 5+years experience in product-relatedroles in a SaaS setup.If you bring knowledge in logistics isa great plus
  • Proven experienceleading teams (2-5 direct reports) inproduct management, product operations, ordesign.
  • Demonstrated ability to translatecompany strategy into a coherent productroadmap.
  • Strong experience withproduct discovery anduser researchmethods.
  • Strong collaboration,communication, and project managementskills.
  • Excellentcommercial understanding ofB2Benvironments.
  • Growth mindset,adaptability, and proactive leadershipstyle.
  • Proven ability to buildstrong relationships with customers andstakeholders.
  • Fluency in bothGerman and English, with excellentwritten and verbal communicationabilities.
