Assistant Group & Convention Manager (all gender)

  • Unterstützung des Group & Convention Manager beim Erzielen einer optimalen Auslastung der Banketträumlichkeiten und Hotelzimmer
  • Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen von der Anfrage bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Unterstützung des Veranstaltungsbüros durch Terminplanung und Korrespondenz
  • Kommunikation mit der gesamten Vertriebsstruktur
  • Buchung externer Partner sowie Kommissionsabrechnung
  • Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung und Führung der Auszubildenden und Praktikanten

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im Veranstaltungsbereich
  • Gewünscht: Berufserfahrung im Veranstaltungsbüro in Häusern gleichen Standards
  • Freude am Planen von Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 3500 Personen
  • Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Teamplayer (m/w/d), ‘Herz am rechten Fleck‘ runden ihr Profil ab
