SF45561TYPE: Permanent, full time (6-month probation)SALARY: €40-50k annually depending on experienceSTART: ASAPLOCATION: Willich, Germany (During the training, needs to commute everyday)WORKING HOURS: start: 8:00-9:00 / finish: 16:00-17:00 lunch break: 45min MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Be involved in project-related work with purchasing as well as sales and costing- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up - Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Provide support to the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using system- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely delivery and payment processing- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure customer satisfaction IDEAL CANDIDATE:- At least 5 years of professional experience (Manufacturing industry background is preferred)- Knowledge of Logistics (import, export) and Customs are needed- Fluent in English, and some understanding of Japanese culture/Japanese skill is advantageous- Advanced Excel skill is advantageous **
