DAS ERWARTET SIE


  • Professionalisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Go-to-Market-Organisation, Leistungsbeurteilung der Partner und Mitarbeiter sowie Anpassung des Vertriebsansatzes sowie anderer relevanter Bereiche der Unternehmensstruktur.


  • Schaffung von Akzeptanz und Vertrauen auf Kundenseite durch respektvolles Auftreten auf Augenhöhe und Etablierung stabiler Geschäftsbeziehungen.


  • Akquisition und Ausbau neuer Kunden/Accounts zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und zur Sicherstellung des Unternehmenswachstums.


  • Zielgerichtete Steigerung der Ergebnisse durch strategische Preisgestaltung und Kostenoptimierung.


  • Verantwortung für das Personalmanagement, insbesondere das Performance Management, zur Förderung einer leistungsorientierten Unternehmenskultur.


  • Orientierung an den firmeninternen Werten, aktive Gestaltung der Unternehmenskultur, unternehmensweites Agieren als Vorbild


  • Vorantreiben von Standards und Prozessen zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Wirksamkeit des Unternehmens sowie Initiierung von Anpassungen zur Unterstützung der langfristigen strategischen Ausrichtung.

IHR PROFIL


  • Idealerweise mindestens 15 Jahre Erfahrung im Top-Line Beratungsgeschäft oder Kombination aus relevanter Linien- und Beratungserfahrung


  • Nachgewiesene Akzeptanz und Vertrauen auf Kundenseite


  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Vorgehensweisen und Mechanismen einer Managementberatung, sowohl national als auch international


  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Partnern /Senioren Beratern


  • Wertschätzung unterschiedlicher Meinungen und Arbeitsweisen sowie Empathie und Anpassungsfähigkeit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten


  • Analytisch-strukturierte, effiziente Selbstorganisation und Priorisierung, um bei paralleler Aufgabenbearbeitung auch unter Druck eine hohe Ergebnisqualität sicherzustellen
