Role Description:
Our client is a leading player in the renewable energy sector, focused on wind, solar, and PV projects. We are seeking a Senior Investment Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Hamburg, Germany. The ideal candidate will have an extensive industry network and a proven track record in sourcing and managing investment opportunities independently. Responsibilities:
· Source new investment opportunities in wind, solar, and PV projects
· Lead project management in transaction processes, managing resources and stakeholders effectively
· Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities, developing suitable transaction strategies
· Review cash flow models and financing requests, providing guidance to junior colleagues
· Engage with existing and potential investors, project partners, and banks, negotiating cooperation agreements
Qualifications:
· Degree in economics or a related field, or equivalent commercial apprenticeship with advanced degree program
· Proven experience in asset management, banking, investment funds, private equity, project development, or transaction consulting
· Strong organizational skills, with a structured approach to work
· Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, driving initiatives forward to achieve results
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Fluency in German and English, essential for collaboration with international customers and investors
