Unser Kunde sucht eine/n Leiter/in für den Netzanschluss zur Entwicklung von Batterieprojekten (BESS). Sie werden direkt an den Geschäftsführer berichten und als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Netzbetreiber fungieren, während Sie das Team bei der Projektenwicklung beraten.


Aufgaben

  • Beratung zur Stromnetzinfrastruktur und Anschlussmöglichkeiten, um die Identifizierung neuer Batteriespeicherprojekte zu unterstützen.
  • Technischer Austausch und Kommunikation mit Netzbetreibern und Zertifizierungsstellen.
  • Vorbereitung von Netzanschlussanfragen und -anträgen sowie Bewertung der technischen Anschlussbedingungen. Koordination und Verhandlung von Netzanschlussverträgen.
  • Planung und Genehmigung von Umspannwerken, Übergabestationen und Kabeltrassen in Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Beratern.
  • Unterstützung des Einkaufsteams bei Verhandlungen und Ausschreibungen.
  • Laufende Analyse des Stromnetzes, Identifizierung der attraktivsten Regionen für Speicherprojekte und Unterstützung bei der Strategieentwicklung.
  • Analyse und Beteiligung an der Entwicklung des Marktes für netznahe Dienstleistungen.
  • Koordination der Zertifizierungsprozesse.
  • Einstellung, Schulung und Führung eines Teams von Netzanschlussmanagern zur Unterstützung der deutschen und europäischen Expansion.


Anforderung

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss mit praktischer Erfahrung.
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Aufgabenbereichen bei einem Netzbetreiber oder in einem Ingenieurbüro/Projektentwicklungsunternehmen.
  • Hohe Motivation, in einem komplexen Umfeld zu arbeiten, mit ausgeprägter Organisationstalent, Aufgeschlossenheit und Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Arbeit sowie zur Bearbeitung mehrerer Projekte parallel.
  • Integrität, ethische Standards und gutes Urteilsvermögen.
  • Intellektuelle Neugierde, Leidenschaft und Eigenmotivation.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
