Als **Business Development Manager **unterstützt du die **Geschäftsführung** in der kontinuierlichen **Entwicklung** **unseres zukunftsorientierten Geschäftsmodells**. In deiner Rolle dienst du als **Bindeglied** zwischen unseren Teams, der Commerzbank und dem Markt.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du kümmerst dich um kontinuierliche **Wachstumsinitiativen** des gesamten Unternehmens
- Du baust ein **Netzwerk** in die Commerzbank sowie zu anderen Innovationseinheiten und CVCs auf
- Du verantwortest das Thema **Investor Relations **(wir sind ein CVC)
- Du **konzipierst** und **koordinierst** wichtige **Projekte** und erstellst dafür u.a. **Entscheidungsvorlagen** für den Vorstand
- Du bereitest quartalsweise **Verwaltungsratsmeetings** vor
- Du dienst als ein **Bindeglied** zwischen den Teams invest, connect und build und leitest interne, teamübergreifende Projekte
- Du unterstützt bei der **Aufrechterhaltung** unseres **B-Corp Zertifikats**
- Du unterstützt die Teams bei **Sales Aktivitäten** für unsere Produkte

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bringst **bis zu 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung **mit (Consulting, Finance, Banking, Fintech, etc.)
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine **strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zielgerichtete** Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist eine **offene Person**, **trittst überzeugend und souverän auf **und besitzt ausgezeichnete **analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten**
- Du hast** Freude an Netzwerken **und Kommunikation
- Neben sehr guten **Englischkenntnissen** in Wort und Schrift bist Du mit den gängigen **Microsoft-Office-**Anwendungen bestens vertraut
