Deine Mission
Als unser Lead Cloud Engineering bist Du Teil des Cloud-Engineering-Teams, das das Rückgrat für den Betrieb und die Entwicklung der Fundraisingbox ist. Du gewährleistest mit Deinem Team, dass unsere Cloud-Infrastruktur eine robuste Grundlage für die wertvolle Arbeit unserer Non-Profits bildet.
DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS- Du führst das Cloud-Engineering-Team durch Motivation, Inspiration und Empowerment zur Erreichung der gesetzten Ziele.
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Lösung komplexer technischer Herausforderungen.
- Du wirkst in Kollaboration an der Systemarchitektur mit und entwickelst eine robuste und skalierbare Cloud-Architektur für den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Produkte.
- Du beteiligst Dich aktiv an der Implementierung und Wartung der Cloud-Infrastruktur und setzt dabei auf Best Practices und zeitgemäße Technologien.
- Du übernimmst die Projektleitung von der Konzeption bis zur Fertigstellung unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards, Sicherheitsvorschriften, Timeline und des Budgets.
- Du gewährleistest die Ausrichtung von OKRs an dem strategischen Kurs und den Zielen des Unternehmens.
- Du vermittelst DevOps und Platform-Engineering-Prinzipien innerhalb der Produktentwicklung und unterstützt die Produkt-Teams auf dem Weg zu größerer Autonomie.
- Du definierst und überwachst operative Metriken, KPIs und Service Level und priorisierst Aktionen auf deren Basis.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Fachinformatik Systemintegration oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einer relevanten Fachrichtung (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, o.ä.).
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung, Architektur und Betrieb von verteilten Softwaresystemen in der Cloud-Umgebungen (z.B. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Nachgewiesenes Talent, Teams zu begeistern, zu motivieren, effektiv zu leiten und zu skalieren.
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Monitoring (z.B. Elastic, New Relic, Datadog), Container-Orchestrierung (u.a. Kubernetes) und Infrastructure as Code (z.B. Terraform, Ansible).
- Ein DevOps Mindset.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD und agilen Methoden.
- Ausgeprägtes Wissen über Security im Cloud-Kontext (Netzwerk- und Infrastruktursicherheit, Endpunktsicherheit, Datenschutz und Verschlüsselung).
- Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten.
- Die Fähigkeit, zielgerichtet zu priorisieren.
- Ein Gespür für die richtige Balance zwischen Pragmatismus und Perfektionismus.
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1).
