We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor to our sales and marketing efforts, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining effective lead generation and customer acquisition strategies. Your primary focus will be on generating a consistent stream of high-quality SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), driving Trials, Pay-Per-Use conversions, and facilitating meetings between prospects and our sales team. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with high-value prospects.
**Responsibilities/Tasks**:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Sales Excellence teams to ensure the effectiveness, tracking, and continuous improvement of lead generation measures.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and understand the target audience, including Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas.
- Utilize cutting-edge lead generation tools and technologies to optimize and streamline the lead generation process.
- Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns to engage and convert potential prospects.
- Proactively engage in targeted cold calling activities to generate qualified leads for our SaaS company.
- Implement and maintain a robust sales tracking and controlling system to monitor and evaluate the success of lead generation efforts.
- Drive personalized outreach and engagement strategies to create meaningful connections with prospects.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' evolving requirements and provide valuable content and insights.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and engage in relationship nurturing activities to ensure long-term customer success.
**Requirements**:
- Possess an excellent understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Demonstrate exceptional integrity, credibility, and character as a team player.
- Experience working with state-of-the-art automation tools, CRM systems, and best practices to optimize sales performance.
- Display a hands-on attitude, resilience, and persistence in pursuing and converting leads.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, particularly in delivering elevator pitches and storylining.
- Exhibit a high energy level, a sense of urgency, decisiveness, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development (BizDev) role.
- Possess empathy and exceptional relationship-building skills to establish and nurture connections with prospects.
- Deep understanding of the target market and prospects, enabling you to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
