Du wirst:
  • Kunden zu innovativen Architekturkonzepten und Methoden beraten
  • die Softwarearchitektur großer IT-Systeme für geschäftskritische Kernprozesse der Kunden gestalten
  • unterschiedliche Stakeholder mit unterschiedlichen Anforderungen zusammenbringen
  • Die technische und fachliche Verantwortung für das Team übernehmen
  • Entwickler:innen innerhalb des Teams anleiten und  mit dem Team Architekturentscheidungen kollaborativ treffen
  • Dein Wissen an Kolleg:innen z.B. in Form von Schools, Vorträgen weitergeben
Du hast:
  • einen guten Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder vergleichbarem Studiengang mit IT-Affinität
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung idealerweise in Kundenprojekten
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse von Standards und Methoden des Softwarearchitekturentwurfs – (IT-Design von anspruchsvollen Anwendungssystemen und Web-Applikationen)
  • Erfahrung in technischer Führung eines Teams
  • du fühlst dich wohl mit agiler Herangehensweise
  • die analytische Denkweise, um komplexe Sachverhalte zu durchdringen und Probleme schnell und strukturiert zu lösen - komplexe technische Herausforderungen überführst du so in strukturierte Anwendungen
  • immer einen aktiven Beitrag zu Feedback- und Fehlerkultur auf Augenhöhe
