As a Technical Architect in the Microsoft Technology Center, you will be working at the forefront of Microsoft innovation, helping customers create and implement a vision and strategy for their digital transformation. We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and credible senior architect to join our German Microsoft Technology Center Munich (MTC) with deep understanding of Microsoft’s Low-Code Platform Power Platform and Business Applications Portfolio. **Responsibilities**:
The role of the MTC Architect is to primarily plan and facilitate customer Strategy Briefings, Architecture Design Sessions, and Hands-On Rapid Prototyping Workshops in our MTC Center, helping enterprise customers articulate and resolve the most challenging business requirements.

This role will propose and validate solution architectures, transferring strategic knowledge through interactive whiteboard sessions and hands-on solution delivery. We expect a Senior Technical Leader, who takes responsibility for staying at the cutting edge of our technology and delivers compelling talks and demos that drive sales scenarios.

As Business Applications Architect you will **Drive Sales Impact through Customer Enagement**:

- Bring to bear the resources of the MTC to engage customers and CxOs early in the project life-cycle to envision how Microsoft technologies enables compelling solutions
- Land Microsoft Citizen Developer and Enterprise Developer messaging with customers, shape strategic win plans and tailors Microsoft messaging to audience for Power Platform opportunities.
- Build reliable Enterprise Achitectures based on the Microsoft Cloud in 1-2 day engagements together with our customers
- Be the key resource for all Power Platform related solutions with skills in the Microsoft Technology Center
- Influence technical decisions, helping to accelerate implementation of solutions on our platform which are deeply integrated into the environment of the customer

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
Seasoned technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND many years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND solid experience of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

**Additional Requirements**:

- Significant technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- Senior Presentation and Communication skills (including Whiteboarding) with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
- Proven track record of building deep technical relationships and working with senior executives in highly strategic accounts.
- Deep understanding of Power Platform Solution Architecture and Software Development methodologies primary in the space Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate.
- Experience in Governance and Adoption of Power Platform, AI-Builder and Azure Cognitive Services, Azure API-Management and Azure Integration Services, SharePoint or SQL-Server is a plus.
- Technical depth. Technical competency in customer engagement, operations, field service, and sales automation solutions such as: Salesforce, Workday, Oracle + Siebel/NetSuite, SAP CRM, etc preferred.
- Business profiecient English and German Language skills
