Project Manager | Creative Agency | 2/3 days a week in office/working frome home

The ideal candidate will be able to identify a client's desires and create a digital marketing plan to cater for these desires.

This individual will have experience in creating a plan and communicating the timelines, goals and budget to the relevant teams. Throughout their role, this individual will serve as liaison between the client and various teams and facilitate communication between teams.

As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for managing and leading digital marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project progress diligently, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to scope and maintaining high quality.
  • Communicate project updates and status reports effectively to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks adeptly, devising contingency plans as needed.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, and lead project meetings to foster team collaboration and synergy.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience within an agency.
  • Skilled in managing digital projects, covering website development, app creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working within sectors such as: FMCG, shopper or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in teamwork, problem-solving, and familiar with project management tools.
  • Proficent in English and B2 in German.
