Deine Aufgaben:
Als Account Manager / Business Developer (m/w/d) bist Du ein Schlüsselakteur in der Pflege und dem Ausbau unserer nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen. Mit Deiner Leidenschaft für die Energiewirtschaft und Deiner Erfahrung im Netzwerken, bist Du bereit, unsere Position in diesem Sektor zu stärken und weiter auszubauen.
- Du nutzt unser starkes Kundenportfolio und bist bei Bestandskunden präsent.
- Du baust langfristige partnerschaftliche Kundenbeziehungen auf, erkennst Leads und Opportunities.
- Du baust unser energiewirtschaftliches Kundenportfolio u.a. durch aktives Einbringen des eigenen Netzwerkes weiter aus
- Du nimmst Kundenanforderungen auf und erkennst und verstehst die Markttrends.
- Du erarbeitest mit unserem Team erfolgreiche Marktstrategien
- Du steuerst komplexe Angebotsprozesse: von der Akquise über die Verhandlungsführung bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss
Dein Profil:
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Account Management, Business Development oder ähnlichen Funktionen mit. Berufserfahrung in der Beratung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Energiemanagement und verfügst über ein belastbares Netzwerk in der Energiewirtschaft mit.
- Du zeigst nachweisliche Vertriebskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Angebotserstellung.
- Du bist begeistert von der Entwicklung und Vermarktung innovativer Themen.
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium.
