We've just partnered with an amazing company who is at the forefront of the Electric Vehicle revolution, dedicated to driving sustainable transportation solutions.


Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the sales team and drive the growth of the EV business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the automotive or technology sectors, a deep understanding of the EV market, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Electric Vehicle industry and market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
