Business Process Lead (m/w/d) Logistics Ulm Vollzeit Sie unterstützen das Logistik Team im AMPLIFY-Projekt der Husqvarna Group zur Einführung des neuen SAP S/4 HANA ERP-Systems und sind das Bindeglied zwischen dem Projektteam und den Abteilung Logistik. Hierbei entwickeln Sie zusammen mit einem Experten-Team der verschiedenen Bereiche und Divisionen eine zukünftige Arbeitsweise und beschreiben die damit verbundenen Anforderungen. Business Process Lead (m/w/d) Logistics Das sehen Sie bei uns: Standardisierung und Harmonisierung von Geschäftsprozessen und der dazugehörigen Prozessdokumentation in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam, dem Implementierungspartner und den Business Leads der einzelnen Divisionen Analysieren von Gemeinsamkeiten von Gruppenprozessen und Abstimmung der Durchführbarkeit mit den relevanten Stakeholdern Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Systemtests auf Basis der entwickelten Prozesse Unterstützung beim Training von lokalen Super Usern Hauptansprechpartner für lokalen Super User und für die Durchführung von Roll-Outs Das sehen wir bei Ihnen: Basis Ihres Erfolges ist ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit wirtschaftlich / technischer / IT Ausrichtung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Einführung von ERP Projekten (Cloud basiert) im Bereich Logistik, idealerweise in der Konsumgüterindustrie Fundiertes Prozess und Projektmanagement-Know-How sowie technisches Verständnis Professionalität in Auftreten, Kommunikation sowie in Präsentation auf allen Hierarchieebenen, gleichermaßen in Deutsch wie in Englisch Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, analytisches Vorgehen sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine integrierende Persönlichkeit Zusammenarbeit im globalen Team sowie berufsrelevante Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie zielorientierte, konzeptionelle als auch pragmatische Vorgehensweise Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen Last date to apply: We are continuously accepting applications Husqvarna Group Hans-Lorenser-Straße Ulm
