As a Business Process Lead, you will play a crucial role in the AMPLIFY project at Husqvarna Group, supporting the logistics team in the implementation of the new SAP S/4 HANA ERP system. You will be the key link between the project team and the logistics department, working closely with experts from various fields to develop a future-proof working method and define the associated requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Process Standardization: Collaborate with the project team, implementation partner, and business leads to standardize and harmonize business processes and process documentation.
- Process Analysis: Analyze commonalities in group processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
- System Testing: Responsible for conducting system tests based on developed processes.
- Training and Support: Support the training of local super users and serve as the primary point of contact for them.
- Roll-Out Management: Manage the roll-out of new processes and systems.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or IT-related field or equivalent.
- Experience: Several years of experience in ERP project implementation, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Skills: Strong process and project management skills, technical understanding, and proficiency in German and English.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- International Experience: Experience working in global teams and international projects.
- Adaptability: Willingness to travel occasionally.
