Process Specialist - Business Process Lead

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to lead our business process improvement initiatives within the Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for standardizing and harmonizing business processes, analyzing commonalities of group processes, and coordinating feasibility with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technologies

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a university degree with a focus on Business Administration or IT
  • Several years of professional experience in process improvement, ideally in the consumer goods industry
  • Extensive knowledge of business process management and process improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business fluent in English
