Position Overview:
You will be working with leading Department Stores, specialty Retail Stores, known Travel Retail- and Franchise partners in designated markets. The position reports to the Commercial Director Europe and will require strong partnership with key leaders across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your mission is to develop and maintain the B2B business in Europe (Account Management, Reporting & Analysis, business planning, and In-Store Presentation & Training);
- You will be working with leading Department Stores, specialty Retail Stores, known Travel Retail- and Franchise partners in designated markets;
- You have excellent handling and knowledge in advising customers, demanding a luxury brand and bring flair and strong interest for fashionable and quality leather products;
- You ensure with your analytical skills the smooth daily business of wholesale cycle;
- Support in the creation, planning and implementation of sales promotional activities;
- Monitoring and processing of all Controlled Retail (CR) customer orders;
- Preparing and managing marketing activities, POS events and influencer collaborations;
- Overseeing pricing and inventory control;
- Steering of monthly AR meetings, assisting the finance team with dunning for customers;
- Supporting and preparing sales analyses and presentations.
Experience & Key Competencies:
- Min. 5 years or above solid and relevant Wholesale, also preferably Travel Retail and Franchise experience in luxury retail industry;
- Advances experience in strategic an operative implementation of digital marketing activities;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a deadline driven environment, with experience working on complex, national, large-scale, time-critical projects;
- Fluent in German and English is a must;
- Ability to work independently and willing to be hands-on;
- Attention to details, strong analytical mind with excellent time management skill;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Excel literate and immediate level of Microsoft Office;
- SAP skills;
- A strong and passionate team player;
- Flexibility to travel in Europe.
