The Role and Responsibilities:
Technical Marketing Engineer for Electronics Test Instrument Product is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that increase the market share of the company's test instrument products, improve brand awareness, and ultimately increase revenue:
1.Conducting market research: The Marketing Engineer will research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop a deep understanding of the market and help identify potential customers and target segments.
2. Developing marketing strategies: The Marketing Engineer will use the information gathered from market research to create marketing strategies that will increase sales and market share for the company's test instrument products.
3.Creating marketing materials: The Marketing Engineer will develop and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and websites, that showcase the features and benefits of the company's test instrument products.
4.Supporting sales efforts: The Marketing Engineer will work closely with the sales team to help them understand the product's capabilities and benefits, provide training, and support in developing sales presentations and proposals.
5.Providing technical support: The Marketing Engineer will also be responsible for providing technical support to customers, both pre- and post-sales, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6.Attending industry events: The Marketing Engineer will attend relevant industry events to network, learn about industry trends, and promote the company's test instrument products.

Qualifications of the Role
1.Technical knowledge: The candidate should have a strong technical background in electronics engineering. This includes a good understanding of electronic circuits, digital systems, test and measurement equipment.
2.Marketing skills: The candidate should have knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales and distribution channels. Strong communication and analytical skills are also required.
3.Sales experience: The candidate should have experience in sales or working closely with the sales team to develop marketing plans and strategies that support sales efforts.
4.Industry knowledge: The candidate should have a good understanding of the Electronics Test Instrument Industry, including the latest trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
5.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field is typically required for this position. A Master's degree in either Electronics Engineering or Business Administration can be an added advantage.
6.Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Electronics Test Instrument Industry, is highly desirable.
7.Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the local language and English are required for this position, as the candidate will be required to communicate with customers and colleagues globally.
