Our Client is the top three photovoltaic groups in China and are currently preparing to launch business in Europe, starting with Germany.

We are looking for Country Manager, here is the JD:


1,Regional marketing and business development:

• Carry out feasibility photovoltaic market research and analysis of headquarters strategic plans, new products or services in the area of responsibility, and

Make corresponding adjustment suggestions according to local policies and market preferences.

• In-depth research on the local photovoltaic market, grasp industry trends and policy orientation, and focus on marketing, customer and channel expansion

In other aspects, formulate regional business strategies and implementation plans.

• Cooperate with the Marketing Department to carry out regional photovoltaic marketing activities, including the development and promotion of marketing materials, and formulate and implement appropriate

It is used for local promotion activities to improve brand awareness and photovoltaic user attention, track conversion rates, and continuously improve strategies.


2,Regional sales reached:

• According to the photovoltaic industry business development of the region of responsibility, agree with the headquarters on the regional sales target, and set the annual accordingly,

- Quarterly and monthly sales plans, periodic tracking of sales activities and outputs, closed-loop management to ensure the reality of business objectives

• Responsible for sales and business affairs, including signing business contracts, managing receivables, etc.

Maintain the information and records of customers and sales orders

Customer relationship management

• Responsible for the maintenance of customer relations in the region and formulate customer development plans

Understand the customer's preferences and response methods by phone/email, make periodic return visits, and establish with customers.


3,Sustainable relationship

- Do a good job in photovoltaic customer service in the region, cooperate with the after-sales team and headquarters, quickly respond to customer needs and

Solve customer problems and enhance customer stickiness


It is worth noting that the company address is registered in Eschborn, but the office is not fixed here and can be flexible.



Need Candidates:


1. Have more than 3 years of local sales experience in the photovoltaic industry

2. Have sales experience in local enterprises such as trailer manufacturer equipment, distribution channels, photovoltaic power station EPC or installer, and master the corresponding customer resources

3. Have outstanding cases in customer development and business development



1. Familiar with photovoltaic products, photovoltaic installation processes and relevant local laws and regulations

2. Understand the needs of installers and users, be able to use certain professional knowledge to communicate with customers in depth, and gain the trust of customers

3. Be proficient in sales soft skills (open-ended questioning skills, empathy, storytelling, collaboration, sense of purpose, etc.) and communicate well with customers through soft skills to achieve successful business

4. Have a closed-loop management mindset in daily work, and implement "planning-implementation-supervision-review" in various implementation tasks to promote healthy business development

5. Have certain business insight and strategic thinking, and implement this ability into marketing implementation work

6. Strictly abide by local laws, regulations and corporate charity systems, and provide information to potential customers/clients ethically and fairly
