Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of AI to lead our AI initiatives and drive innovation within our organization. As the Head of AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of AI solutions, and leading a team of talented AI professionals. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving field, all while working remotely from Germany.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's AI strategy, in alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, prioritize projects, and drive innovation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end AI development process, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and drive continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry leaders to stay at the forefront of AI innovation.
  • Drive thought leadership in AI through publications, conference presentations, and participation in industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in AI development and deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership in AI, with experience leading teams and delivering AI solutions in a corporate or research setting.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI domains, with a strong understanding of underlying algorithms and methodologies.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and implementing AI solutions in real-world applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for AI and its potential to transform industries and improve people's lives.
