Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager 80-100% (all genders) to join our Sales Enablement team.

 

You are interested in:

You will:

  • Project Management and Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse marketing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budgets and timelines.
  • Email Campaign Development: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Design teams to conceptualize and implement compelling email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Brand Awareness Building: Develop and implement strategies to amplify brand visibility across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Enablement Resource Creation: Create comprehensive resources to empower sales and partner success teams in effectively promoting our products and services. Develop collateral and tools to equip teams with the knowledge and assets needed to drive success.
  • Internal Communication: Design and implement internal communication strategies and initiatives to foster collaboration, alignment, and engagement across the organization to keep our people timely informed.

 

Your skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing relevant role, especially with email marketing and marketing project management as focus points
  • Proven track record of excellent copy writing skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice to our brands and the respective audience
  • Fluent (mother tongue level) in English & German is a must. Spanish, French or Italian are a big asset
  • Passionate about working in a dynamic workplace that demands a solution-focused mindset, autonomy, and a high degree of collaboration
  • Proficiency in marketing technology. Marketing automation knowledge is beneficial
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Nice to have: Previous experience with Salesforce, Mailchimp, Click Up and Mix Max
