When a company dominates the US and most of EMEA but has not yet penetrated DACH, there is huge potential for growth, including serious potential to make a small fortune in sales. These opportunities are rare, nevertheless, we have such an option for you.


The company is a leader in their space, offering a holistic suite of solutions, built in such a way that they can still disrupt with AI. They fit SMBs and Enterprises, have 200M in revenue, 500M in funding, and are a 10x unicorn.


Germany is a new market with a strong sales enablement team German fluent VP Sales, Sales Director, SEs, BDRs, Marketing, procurement, and legal support, yet they are lacking a new Enterprise sales team.


The role...

As such we are looking for a Enterprise Account Executive who wants to help build out the partner network for a highly successful organization in DACH.


  • Enterprise AE
  • OTE Range: 200K OTE (60/40 split) up to 240K OTE (50/50) uncapped
  • Focused on hunting and closing new logos in the Enterprise DACH space
  • Total greenfield sales (new territory with many great logos to go after)
  • 33% self-generated pipeline, 33% BDR Generated, 33% Channel & Marketing generated
  • The first year an easily achievable ramp target, then 1M ARR target
  • ACV: 100-400K ARR, cycles of 5-10 months
  • Offering remote work or WeWork access wherever you are in Germany
  • 97% of the EMEA team hit quota in '23 (in more saturated markets even)

You bring...

  • A hunting mindset and experience in b2b SaaS Enterprise sales for 3+ years
  • Experience closing 100-400K ARR deals with Enterprises in DACH
  • Experience working on deals as a team with BDRs, CSM, SEs, Procurement, and Legal.
  • MEDDICC trained
  • Fluency in German language
  • Living in Germany
