**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
Join our team as a Strategic Business Travel Account Executive where you'll be at the forefront of acquiring and engaging with Europe's largest clients. Your mission? To exceed targets and conquer new market shares with a value-based, solution-oriented approach.
Your daily adventure? It begins with seeking out prospects that fit our target accounts, honing your outreach strategies to skyrocket conversion rates (you'll have access to cutting-edge sales engagement platforms). You'll then embark on meetings with clients, captivating them with our solutions. And don't forget the final chapter: overseeing the onboarding process to ensure our technology seamlessly integrates into our clients' day-to-day operations.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:
- You bring relevant experience in enterprise sales, demonstrating a consistent track record of success.
- Your executive presence is notable, projecting confidence and professionalism when engaging with C-level stakeholders, thus fostering trust and credibility in representing the company's offerings.
- Strategic thinking is your forte; you possess the capacity to align the company's solutions with the strategic objectives and priorities of enterprise clients. Leveraging industry knowledge and market insights, you identify opportunities for mutual benefit.
- Consultative selling comes naturally to you. Proficient in adopting a consultative approach, you ask probing questions and actively listen to understand the unique needs and challenges of enterprise clients. Your tailored solutions address those specific requirements.
- Fluent in English and German (C1-C2 level proficiency) for business purposes, you possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You effectively convey complex ideas, negotiate agreements, and influence decision-making at C-level.
- Resilience defines you. In the face of setbacks or rejections, you maintain a positive attitude and mindset. Persistently pursuing opportunities and overcoming obstacles, you drive enterprise sales success.
