Who You Are


Are you a proactive and results-driven professional with a passion for technology and business development? Yamasoft is seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to represent us across the DACH - Germany (D), Austria (A), and Switzerland (CH) regions on a commission-based, flexible schedule.


As a Business Development Manager at Yamasoft, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients and partners within your designated region. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible work arrangement and passive income opportunity, as it allows you to work on your own schedule and prioritize other commitments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders within the DACH region.
  • Promote Yamasoft's suite of software solutions and services to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for client engagements.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to nurture leads and secure new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the technology sector preferred.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a remote and flexible work environment.
  • Familiarity with Smart Home, Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, IoT, IIoT or related technologies is a plus.
